Postgame Fireworks to Follow Texas Bowl!

Monster Fireworks and Wild Dragon to present Texas Bowl postgame fireworks celebration

Continuing the tradition of creating the most memorable sporting experiences possible, the Texas Bowl and Lone Star Sports and Entertainment are proud to announce that the “Largest Holiday Fireworks Show in Texas” will be back at Reliant Stadium for the 2013 Texas Bowl on FRIDAY night, Dec. 27th!

Hosting another BCS Conference matchup between the 8-4 Minnesota Golden Gophers and 6-6 Syracuse Orange, the Texas Bowl once again will showcase the passion and pageantry of college football in a state of the art NFL stadium.

While the game itself promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats for a full sixty minutes (…or more!), the Texas Bowl has also built the reputation of providing a fan experience that is second to none, creating an incredibly unique and memorable gameday for families and football fanatics alike. From world-class tailgating and the pregame festivities of the Mazda TexFest, including a live music performance by Bud Light country music artist Stoney LaRue, to the first-class amenities of Reliant Stadium, all the way to the postgame fireworks display, the Texas Bowl delivers.

Fans – make sure to enjoy the postgame fireworks display, presented by Monster Fireworks and Wild Dragon, which will begin on the south side of Reliant Stadium approximately 15 minutes after the game.
